Chun-Tzu (Claire) Chang

I help turning complex enterprise challenges into intuitive and delightful user experiences.

I’m a senior product designer based in the Bay Area with over 4 years of experience at Cisco Webex and 1.5 years at a food delivery mobile app company. I’ve led end-to-end design work across both B2B and B2C products, collaborating closely with researchers, PMs, and engineers to translate user insights into practical design solutions.

With a background in product design (5.5 years) and animation (2 years), I specialize in creating intuitive, motion-enhanced UX. My designs balance usability and aesthetics while staying human-centered through accessibility-driven principles.

*Outside of work, I’m also an illustrator and graphic designer who finds inspiration from food and traveling, reimagining them with my personal artistic style.

  • This project involves the creation of a 2D illustration concept video to promote the Airbnb app. The rationale behind selecting Airbnb as the subject is to prioritize the application of illustration and animation, rather than primarily focusing on presenting an unfinished product or system. Through this video, the objective is to provide first-time users of the app with a comprehensive understanding of its functionalities and capabilities.

  • During a class presentation on a visual design project about coral conservation, I noticed that many were unaware of coral bleaching and its significance. To address this, I'm creating a short, engaging video to raise awareness about coral bleaching in a simple and enjoyable way.
