01 Webex Sign-On Revamp

This was the first sign-in and sign-up redesign initiative I led. I identified key user pain points and improved the website experience by enhancing the visual design and task flows, while introducing social sign-in options to streamline authentication for individual users.

Through this project, I aim to deliver an intuitive and streamlined sign-in and sign-up experience that encourages higher adoption, while unifying the design to reduce future maintenance efforts for both UX and visual branding updates.

03 Webex User Hub- User Settings

In this project, I navigated technical constraints to design new user and calling settings in the SMB user portal. By integrating existing user management capabilities from the IT admin portal, I created a more streamlined experience tailored to the needs of the target audience.

05 Webex B2B Mode Management

The “Mode Management” feature was a B2B requirement from our calling service customers. It enables assigned users to manage and adjust group-specific schedules relevant calling-forwarding setting directly within the personal account, without needing to log into the corporate admin portal.

This project integrates several existing user profiles located in different systems, each based on a separate database and designed to achieve distinct goals.

07 Responsive Webex App Redesign

To enhance users’ multitasking experience with smaller, resizable windows, the team introduced a new responsive app design with an extended scaling range. My role in this project included defining the minimum window size for each core functional page and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to review designs. This process ensured edge cases were addressed and that the new layout could support both current requirements and upcoming features.
