Why

To enhance the feature management experience across all services—including calling, meetings, devices, and messaging—my team and I launched a new Webex portal (User Hub) that consolidates relevant settings and functions into a single, convenient platform for all user types.

For the subscription management page, I established a clear design vision that supports all Webex paid services and plans, incorporating visual illustrations aligned with the current Webex design system.

For end users

Users are looking for a comprehensive portal to allow them manage their subscription easily without switching different sites or reaching out to an agent.

Business Goal

As the subscription management page introduces a completely new concept for our existing users, its functionality significantly diverges from the current Webex setting platform's user experience. In phase 01, our top priority is to establish a solid foundation and enhance the visibility of this concept. Our strategy involves a gradual transition of user experience from the old features to this new concept. This approach aims to bridge the gap between the old and new portals for users while ensuring an efficient release of the new feature. Continuous iterations are planned to further enhance the UX and realize our NorthStar design in the future.

Incorporating the new subscription management function into the Webex system involves the development of bespoke components and illustrations designed to meet its unique demands. Throughout this process, we ensure these elements adhere to the global styling guidelines to uphold a consistent visual identity. Furthermore, a significant portion of our efforts has been dedicated to thorough competitor research and analysis, guaranteeing the delivery of a user-friendly design that distinguishes itself within the realm of similar features.
